Rosemary Myers

9/14/1947 - 11/24/2013

My Sister

My sister Rosemary Myers passed away today, 11/24/20013, after a long bout with breast cancer. She went to the "famous" cancer centers in NYC and Philly but in the end nothing could be done. She was one of the most Godly, God fearing people I have ever known. She never swore, smoked, drank, told off color jokes, dress inappropriately or cheated. So was an excellent role model for my kids growing up.

What DID she do?

- she helped hand out food to the hungry

- she visited the sick in the hospital

- she loaned money when needed

- she often gave my family Hannaford's gift cards to buy food

- she remembered everyone's birthdays and always sent cards and gifts

- she liked watching the old black and white TV Westerns like Wagon Train and the Virginian

- she took care of my parents for years when their health faded

- she liked playing her old upright piano

- she didn't like modern technology , it took her years to buy a VCR

- she was generous with all that she had
